“АРК Строй 2” получит от Совмина еще 23 миллиона
Фирма-прокладка займется крышами в Керчи
По результатам открытых торгов, проведенных 20 сентября Главным управлением капитального строительства при Совете министров Крыма, акцептировано предложение ЧП «АРК Строй 2» на услуги по капитальному ремонту покрытий жилого фонда г. Керчь. Как сообщают «Публичные деньги», ссылаясь на «Вестник государственных закупок», сумма ценового предложения фирмы составила 23 миллиона 242 тысячи 620 гривен (с НДС).
Согласно тендерной документации, на предусмотренные деньги планируется отремонтировать шиферную кровлю более 250 домов на шестидесяти улицах Керчи. Сроки выполнения работ – 2013-2016 годы. Финансирование осуществляется за счет средств бюджета АР Крым.
Помимо фирмы-победителя в торгах также участвовали днепропетровское ООО «АМД – Трейдинг» и симферопольское ЧП «Стройгарант». Цена, предложенная ООО «АМД-Трейдинг» за работы, оказалась ниже и составила 22 миллиона 508 тысяч 387 гривен. Однако предложение фирмы было отклонено тендерным комитетом из-за отсутствия полного пакета документов и ненадлежащего оформления поданной документации (нарушение п.3 ч.1 ст.29 ЗУ «Об осуществлении государственных закупок»).
Конечный срок заключения договора — 10 октября.
Напомним, ЧП «АРК Строй 2» основано симферопольцем Сергеем Клименко. Он является бизнес-партнером депутата крымского парламента от Партии регионов Дмитрия Рогачева (вместе учредили ООО «Базис-КР»), известным как региональный представитель ОАО «ИнтерХим». ООО «АРК Строй 2» начало выигрывать тендеры в августе 2010 года.
Как сообщали «Публичные деньги», несколькими днями ранее фирма заключила договор с Министерством регионального развития и ЖКХ Крыма на тепловую санацию школы — гимназии в Советском районе. Сумма договора — 3 миллиона 354 тысячи 801 гривна.
