Видео разместил на YouTube пользователь tymah1975, сообщает AUTOinvestigator «Думал, что показалось спросонья, якобы утром с машины посыпали не дорогу, не тротуар, а клумбу-обочину между тротуаром и дорогой. Оказалось, нет» — пишет очевидец.
На ремонт и обслуживание автодорог в севастопольском регионе в 2013 году Служба автодорог в Севастополе заключила договоры на сумму 16,5 миллионов гривен.
