Партийность способствует удаче в торгах?
По результатам открытых торгов, 9 октября специализированный санаторий имени Н.А. Семашко в Симеизе заключил договор с частным предприятием «Крымстройреконструкция» на работы по капитальному ремонту 5-го корпуса санатория.
Как сообщается в «Вестнике государственных закупок» сумма договора составила 7,88 миллиона гривен.
Учредителем симферопольского ЧП «Крымстройреконструкция» с уставным фондом всего 100 гривен является Надежда Якулевич. Она зарегистрирована по одному адресу с депутатом Киевского районного совета Симферополя Антоном Якулевичем (Партия регионов).
Согласно документации конкурсных торгов, в санатории планируется провести капремонт фасадов здания, установить перила, покрасить лепку балюстрады акриловыми красками, а также другие работы по благоустройству.
Помимо фирмы-победителя в тендере участвовало только производственно-коммерческое предприятие «Престо-Техмонтаж». Разница в ценовых предложениях составила всего 1 %.
Источник финансирования - средства госбюджета Украины. Сроки выполнения работ: 2012 год.
Отметим, что в марте 2012 года управление архитектуры и строительной политики Судакского горсовета по результатам тендера заключило договор с частным предприятием «Крымстройреконструкция» на проведение реконструкции городского сада по улице Ленина. Сумма договора составила 4 миллиона 887 тысяч 539 гривен (с НДС).
